This ring features a gorgeous, deep bright blue, higher profile, glossy Ithaca Peak Turquoise. It's quite the chunky and so blue! Cut and cabbed here in-house by my partner and Laipdarist, Max Avila.
I set out to give a vintage look and feel with some abstract, asymmetrical silver work, and did my best not to distract from the beauty of the turquoise.
The face of the ring measures 2" long and 5/8" wide.
The shank/band is a triple aplit style for comfort, as well as keeping a larger ring like this, more centered on the finger.
Fits like a 10.25 to 10.5
The back plate is stamped with my LUPANYXA and M.NYXA makers marks and 925 for STERLING.
As always, this piece of jewelry was fastidiously made and all edges were meticulously filed, sanded and polished buttery smooth to ensure no part of it catches or snags, and feels good to wear.
This is a well made, one-of-a-kind piece of heirloom jewelry. Every component hand fabricted and created here at our little home studio. I'm so proud of this piece.
