Refund policy

To avoid the need for requesting a refund, PLEASE read listings thoroughly. I try my very best to write clear and concise descriptions so as to avoid any possible confusion. I also include measurements as well as several photos and video of each and every item and attempt to capture every angle.

I will accept returns on a case by case basis for shop credit if you:

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery 

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Custom, personalized or made-to-size orders, due to the nature of these items. Unless the item is damaged or defective.

Conditions of all returns:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
