GREYHOUND Hair Comb - Jeweler's Brass with Copper

This one-of-a-kind greyhound hair comb was entirely hand fabricated in jeweler's brass with a textured copper background. Each of the teeth of the comb were individually hand formed and hammered. The tiny details on the hound were hand engraved with an antique graver tool.

It's quite solid, yet lighter in weight than it looks and very wearable in up-dos and such. Inpsired by antique hair jewelry and combs, which I've long been a bit obsessed with. Wearable art for hair. It also just looks beautiful sitting out on a vanity when not being worn.

It measures 3 3/8" across at the widest and 2.5" tall.

Total weight is 29 grams or 1.05 ounces.

As always, this piece of jewelry was fastidiously made and all edges were meticulously filed, sanded and polished buttery smooth.
