This one-of-kind necklace was handfabricated in fine and Sterling Silver and features Sonoran Mountain Turquoise in a long talon/fang shape. This gorgeous piece of turquoise was cut and cabbed here in-house by my partner and 2nd generation Laipdarist Max Avila.
Around the outside is curvy silverwork flowing all around the beauty of the turquoise.
The pendant itself is large and measures 3.25" in length and just over 1.25" wide.
It hangs from a hefty sterling silver 18" ornate, vintage Byzantine chain. It's segments are round and is SO beautifully detailed, with intricate end caps and hook clasp.
The back plate is stamped with my LUPANYXA makers mark and 925 for STERLING.
As always, this necklace was fastidiously made and all edges were meticulously filed, sanded and polished buttery smooth.
